Lawrence Flick IV
Lawrence F. Flick, IV is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors. Headquartered in Devon, Pennsylvania, Prudential Fox & Roach is the fourth-largest residential real estate brokerage and financial services firm in the nation. It serves the Philadelphia tri-state area including southeastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware and central and southern New Jersey. Mr. Flick also started operations of The Trident Group, the firm’s financial and home-related services affiliate. The Trident Group offers Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors’ clients one-stop real estate shopping that includes mortgage financing and title, and property and casualty insurance. Trident’s Homessentials program offers consumers home-related services including utility connections, moving services and home improvement and repair recommendations.
Mr. Flick began his career as a sales associate with Roach Brothers Realtors in 1965. Under his direction, that organization merged with and acquired numerous companies including Emlen Wheeler Realtors, Fox & Lazo Realtors and Prudential Preferred Properties. Today the firm operates from over 57 sales locations with 4,000 sales associates and employees.
In addition, Mr. Flick has developed over $100 million in residential properties. In 1983, he received the “William H. Bates Award” from the Delaware County Planning Commission in recognition of the land development Ravenscliff on Philadelphia’s Main Line. In 1987, he was presented the “Outstanding Land Development Award” from the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
In 2000, the national real estate publisher Real Trends named Mr. Flick one of the most admired individuals in real estate. He was named 2003 Greater Philadelphia Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and was honored as the Mustang Scholars Foundation’s Man of the Year in 2004.
A native of Philadelphia, Mr. Flick is a graduate of Philadelphia University. He currently resides with his wife Lori in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. He has two children and two granddaughters.
