Robert Moline
Robert Moline is the President and Chief Operating Officer for HomeServices of America, Inc., where he is responsible for all corporate functions, including finance, human resources, information technology, insurance and legal services. Moline has 22 years of real estate brokerage experience, most recently as CEO of HomeServices of Nebraska, Inc., which does business under the HOME Real Estate and Woods Bros. Realty brands.
One of the industry’s most respected professionals, Moline was appointed to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, where he served for six years. He recently completed his term as a director of the Realty Alliance and has served on other industry boards.
He began his career as a certified public accountant with Peat, Marwick and Mitchell, and over the years has been the recipient of numerous professional and civic accolades.
Robert has received the Meritorious Service Award, the President’s Achievement Award and is a former president of the Midlands Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Board of Directors. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors RESPA PAG, Business Issues and Public Policy Committees.
In addition to real estate, Robert was the Cornhusker Council President of the Boy Scouts of America from 1999 to 2001. Robert and his wife, Deb, have three sons: Adam, Craig and Kyle.
