Level Plus Realty Merges with Michigan’s Largest and Leading Real Estate Company
Level Plus Realty (LPR) in West Bloomfield has merged with the Real Estate One Family of Companies, Michigan’s largest and leading real estate company. News of the merger was publicly announced on July 11, 2024.

Level Plus Realty was founded in 2018 by Salim Gasso, Atheer Poota, and Jim Manna. With a supportive and empowering environment, LPR built one of the top offices in West Bloomfield and Oakland County growing from just ten agents to over 100 in three years. With the embodiment of family culture, this partnership brings together two brokerages with similar core values.

In business for 95 years, the Real Estate One Family of Companies is a Michigan-based company, entering its fourth generation of family ownership. The company consists of six brokerage brands with a network of over 90 offices across the state. The new members will be joining under either the Real Estate One or Max Broock brokerage brand.
